Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to gram Plastic Free Grocer. This website, including all its information, tools and services are made available to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to change any of these terms at any time by updating this web page. Any new features or tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our products or services without express written permission by us.

 

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS


You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the product, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

4. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)


Certain products or services may be available exclusively through either our physical store or our online shop. Products on our online shop may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy (see Point 7). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. DELIVERY POLICY

 

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Courier costs are not included in the price displayed on the product and will be added as an additional cost.

6. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.

7. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Gram Plastic Free Grocer, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following terms and conditions:

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been altered in any way, including but not limited to being soaked in water, cut, cooked, or otherwise modified.

  • Failure to return the product within 72 hours from the date of purchase.

  • Inability to present proof of purchase or record of transaction found in Gram's system.

 

Refund Process:

 

Refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The product is returned within 72 hours from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Products found to contain contaminants attributable to the fault of Gram Plastic Free Grocer.

 

Additional Guidelines:

  • Please ensure that returned products are in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

In cases of dispute or exceptional circumstances, Gram Plastic Free Grocer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refund eligibility.

8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

9. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

 

In-store we accept card payments, cash, and SnapScan. All online payments via our online store will go through Paystack as our preferred payment gate. Paystack accepts payments via cards, EFT, SnapScan, and Masterpass.

 

10. CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY


Paystack has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and we're PCI DSS 3.2 compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider (loosely referred to as PCI Level 1 compliance). This is the highest, most stringent level of certification possible in the global payments industry.

11. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

 

Certain content, products and services available via our service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
